• To lead, manage, develop and motivate a shift of 14 people to drive performance of corrugator machine in a fast paced, KPI driven environment

• Drive performance standards.

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and safety standards.

• Bring creative thinking and problem solving agility, liaising with technical engineering team.

• Ability to present and deliver information in meetings.

• Communication with European colleagues. 

• You will have successfully completed technical training

• You will have experience of working in production in an industrial company

• You will be highly committed and be able to work independently with a focus on meeting targets

• You will ideally have a valid licence to drive forklift trucks

• You will be willing to work shifts
