Reporting to the Technical Manager.

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead / Project Engineer to join our engineering team.
• As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of specific projects.
• You will have previous experience of leading a team of engineers, ensuring the technical quality of engineering deliverables, contributing tot he design and development of complex systems and solutions.
• Your excellent communication skills will assist in the mentoring of junior engineers and the collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

• As an experienced lead / project engineer you will:
• Ideally be qualified to HNC Level.
• Be experienced in full plant maintenance.
• Be capable of leading, planning and managing end to end projects.
• Experienced People Manager and team player.
• Contractor Management.
• Knowledge and experience of 5S, Lean Method Manufacturing and best practice implementation.
• Manage risk and cost benefit analysis.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools and techniques to improve product development.
• Experience with Maximo, SAP, BMS, MIS & Microsoft.
• Strong Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
• Flexible working approach - possible weekends and European travel.
• Assist with the leadership and development of engineering team.
• Excellent communication skills, liaising with team leaders, engineers, operators and other stakeholders to meet customer needs.
