Reporting to the Production Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CI Engineer to join our production team.

• - The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for:
• - Developing, Implementing sustainable CI Principles across the     business.
• - Work across all areas of the business to manage lasting change.
• - Maintain systems for accurate reporting.
• - Standardise and automate processes.
• - Contribution to overall CI actions

• Lead and drive continuous improvement, helping the business develop its people and processes towards a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop, maintain and enhance data systems to ensure performance monitoring.
• Work with individual teams to establish Root Cause Analysis and practical problem solving.
• Create documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work.
• Ensure improvement activities are sustained by regular follow up.
• Carry out all duties to the highest safety standards.
• Develop and maintain systems and records.
• Design and develop project proposals, including costs and schedules.
• Manage project deliverables.
• Occasional shift / nights / weekend work and travel to other European sites.
